The Hospice Hero program recognizes and celebrates the incredible work of hospice caregivers who are making a difference in their communities. Every week, we acknowledge a new hospice caregiver who has gone above and beyond in their work. We are proud to honor these heroes and shine a light on the important work they do every day.
A Day on the Field!
August 3rd, 2024 | Minute Maid Park
We were thrilled to host our 2024 Houston Hospice Heroes for our second annual Day at the Park! The day included honoring our heroes with food and drinks, cheering on the Astros, and presenting Houston Hospice with a donation. A special thank you to Tito's Vodka for their generous sponsorship, which allowed us to provide our heroes with a suite experience, making this day even more special.
